Angie: Angie had grown up in Alabama in a quite large home with a not unusual size yard. She has always been an animal lover and grew up with eight small dogs. She had an older brother named Lennie. She was always a Seventh Day Adventist and went to a large Christian school and church. As she got older in her school years she became extremley interestedin becoming a doctor. Her parents had always been proud do brag to people how smart she was and how her dream was to be a doctor. She soon went to a collage in Alabama and ended up as a Radiologist. During that time she got married at 23. She had, later, two kids. A son and a daughter, Matt and Gracie. The family soon moved to California. Later, at 65 she retired. She had life easier, now as she watched her kids move on. Going to collage, getting marries, and soon enough, what do you know? She became a grandma. Her grandchildren addored her and always going to her for advice, and to listen to all her stories she had to tell. Her grandchildren started going to Sacramento Adventist Academy. Angie started helping out with the cooking there, for hot lunches. One day the sixth grade teacher came up to her and informed her about being a kids' pscyatrist. She thought about it for a while, and then one day someone moved into her next door, who just happened to be about the same age and use to live in Alabama. She loved kids, and they both got into a granny buisness at helping kids and calling themselves, "The Grannys." They especially talked with 6th graders but 4th through 8th were also their targets. They are now living in two small homes, next door to each other with a Granny Business on their hands. Lots of wonderful kids to talk to, and their own little putt-putt trucks, a website for kids to get interested in sharring their porblems with Grannys, a dream to go to New Zealand with their pay, and two 84 year olds with a great friendship ahead of them!
Courtney: Courtney had grown up in Alabama in a small home with a big farm. Her best friend was, Roxy, her horse. Courtney had two younger brothers and one younger sister. Their names were, Calub, Luke, and Gina. She wasn't really apart of any religion, for out on a farm in Alabama all you believed was you lived then you die, just like that. Just at 14 her family and her had moved to California and she had finished up her schooling in a school, which made it so that, that was her first time at any school. In her later years she went to colloge and became a photographer. She also got many of her books published from writing a lot, over the years. She got married at young age at 18 and later had four children. All girls. Chloe', Amanda, Renee, and Franscesca. Later she retired in a home full of pictures hanging on the walls, of what she had taken and book shelves with many of her favourite books, including the ones she had written. Her kids moved on and her husband and her moved to a smaller house in Charmichael, California. She came very close friends with her neighbor, Angie. Angie talked to her about being a Seventh Day Adventist and soon enough her husband and her attended the Charmichael church regularly. They gave their heart to God and later her children and grandchildren became Seventh Day Adventist, as well. She started tutoring and subsituting at the school, Sacramento Adventist Academy. Later Angie and her got in with the Granny Buisness and was helping out children from 4th to 8th grade with solving their problems and giving them good advice. Now, Angie and Courtney are the best of 84 year old friends.
